The problem
VELUX America wanted a more professional, interactive way for dealers to present products and services to their customers.
My role
This was my first time building an app from scratch. I designed the app and deployed it to the Apple App Store using Adobe’s Digital Publishing Suite.
The approach
I learned how to structure and develop an app in Digital Publishing Suite, designed the navigation, brought in high-quality visuals, and tested the app’s usability to refine the experience.
The result
The app was widely used by installers and taught me a lot about how digital tools can improve customer engagement. Apple’s evolving guidelines eventually led to its removal, but the project was a pivotal learning experience in UX, app design, and real-world user testing.
