Summary
A versioning workflow built from standardized master files, data merge and scripting, so variable content like taglines and logos always lands in the right place.

Versioned print materials take a lot of manual production time, and every version built by hand is another chance to mismatch a tagline, a logo or plan-specific messaging.
I developed the workflow and use it on our projects. I also trained a teammate to set up the master files and run it, so the team has more coverage and a process others can repeat.
Each piece starts from a standardized master file. Data merge and automation scripting fill in the variable content, so taglines, logos and plan-specific messages stay matched to the right version, and quality control goes faster.
I used AI as a tool to help build the process. That gave us the automation we needed without paying for more software that was overcomplicated for the job.
For a recent telehealth campaign, I completed every piece in a single day, including 17 versions of each. The process cuts production time, reduces human error and can be reused for future campaigns and markets.
