The brief

Integrated Systems Europe is one of the largest and most influential AV and systems integration events in the world. Snap One needed a booth worthy of that global stage.

My role

I played a lead role in designing and executing the booth, working with an international team of event managers, product specialists, and marketing professionals in the U.S. and the U.K.

The approach

I designed the booth layouts, product imagery, and signage, and relied heavily on virtual reality to create immersive walkthroughs for detailed planning. Frequent video calls across time zones kept the U.S. event managers aligned with the U.K. product and marketing teams. The virtual walkthroughs let us perfect the layout, product placement, and visitor flow before the build.

The result

A professional, innovative booth that underscored Snap One’s leadership in the industry, delivered on tight deadlines despite the complexity of global collaboration.
