CEDIA 2023 Booth

My role

At CEDIA 2023, I took the lead in designing and executing Snap One’s booth. I conceptualized and created all graphics and signage, worked with marketing and product teams to align the messaging, and partnered with booth manufacturers to solve production challenges. I presented to stakeholders, coordinated delivery, and kept every element on brand.

The approach

I planned the booth structure and the placement of products and signage, working with manufacturing partners on full-scale designs for perfect graphic alignment. I then built the booth as a 3D model and walked the events team and product managers through it in augmented reality, so we could fix tight spaces and improve accessibility and flow together.

I prepared the product imagery and worked with the photographer to capture many products, designed the smaller signs and details, and coordinated with my creative manager on the overall look. I managed multiple rounds of realistic mockups for upper management, folded in their feedback, and met tight manufacturing and shipping deadlines.

The result

The booth stood out as a highlight of the event.
