The brief

For InfoComm 2024, the booth needed to capture the brand’s innovation and collaborative spirit — an immersive space that brought technology and design together to show Snap One’s products to industry professionals and potential clients.

My role

I designed every element, from large wall graphics to small signs, table tents, landing pages, emails, and social posts, and guided stakeholders through the design in virtual reality presentations and video calls.

The approach

I designed precise booth layouts and the imagery, and used data merge to produce more than 50 small signs while keeping them consistent. Augmented reality and 3D models let us present and test the booth interactively, and I worked with product development, marketing, and outside vendors to fit every component together. I also worked through manufacturing timelines and shipping logistics to make sure everything arrived and was installed correctly.

The result

The finished booth balanced visual appeal with clarity and invited visitors to explore Snap One’s products, becoming a highlight of the event.
