My role
At CEDIA 2024, I again took the lead in designing and executing Snap One’s booth. The process was the one I’d refined at earlier shows, but every design was new, built around a new lineup of products. I created all the graphics and signage, worked with marketing and product teams to align the messaging, and partnered with booth manufacturers on production. I presented to stakeholders, coordinated delivery, and kept every element on brand.
The approach
I planned the booth at full scale with the manufacturing partners, then built it as a 3D model so the events team and product managers could walk through it virtually and fine-tune product placement, accessibility, and flow before anything was built.
The 2024 booth brought the whole Snap One ecosystem together — Control4’s 20th anniversary wall, OvrC, WattBox power, Access Networks and Araknis networking, Binary video distribution, Vibrant lighting, Luma surveillance, and Episode audio — along with a lounge and bar, a “New and Notable” wall, and private meeting rooms for dealer conversations. I prepared the product imagery, designed the smaller signs, and created the show’s social posts. I worked through several rounds of realistic mockups with upper management and met tight manufacturing and shipping deadlines.
The result
A booth that showed off a new generation of Snap One products in one connected space, delivered on schedule.
