3D Booth Visualization and AR Testing
Summary
My process for building trade show booths in 3D and walking stakeholders through them in AR before production.

The approach
I start with full-scale booth layouts, with every small sign and text-heavy panel designed precisely for typography and imagery, then bring everything together into one 3D model.
The 3D model has accurate graphics, spacing, and sightlines. I bring it into augmented or virtual reality so stakeholders can walk through the booth with a headset or a phone, and spot problems like blocked headers, awkward sightlines, or unclear sign placement.
The result
Building the whole booth as one model keeps every element, from large graphics to small signs, cohesive and functional. I keep adopting new immersive tools as they arrive, whenever they make this step clearer and faster. The process reduces errors, streamlines collaboration, and improves the booth for attendees and stakeholders.
