InfoComm 2024 Trade Show Booth
For InfoComm 2024, the booth design captured the cutting-edge innovation and collaborative spirit of our brand. The project centered on creating an immersive environment that seamlessly integrated technology and design, showcasing our products to industry professionals and potential clients.
The booth utilized augmented reality (AR) and 3D modeling for interactive presentations, allowing attendees to engage with products in dynamic ways. Adobe Illustrator was used for meticulous booth layouts, ensuring precise placement of each element. Photoshop played a key role in crafting visually striking imagery, while InDesign streamlined the creation of over 50 small signs through a data merge process, maintaining consistency across multiple components.
The Design
The design process was a blend of creativity and precision, involving collaboration with product development, marketing teams, and external vendors. The AR elements were carefully tested to enhance user engagement, while the 3D models were optimized for seamless integration with booth components. The visual identity extended from large-scale graphics to the smallest detail, emphasizing our brand's cohesive and professional image.
The final booth reflected a balance of aesthetic appeal and functional clarity, inviting visitors to explore our product innovations in a visually rich environment. By merging graphic design principles with advanced technology, the booth became a highlight of the event, leaving a lasting impression on attendees.
Through virtual reality presentations and video conferences, I guided stakeholders through the booth design, incorporating their feedback to ensure an immersive, functional, and visually compelling space. I designed every element, from large wall graphics to small signs, table tents, landing pages, emails, and social media posts. Overcoming challenges related to manufacturing timelines and shipping logistics, I ensured precise delivery and execution. This project highlighted my ability to balance creativity with technical expertise while coordinating cross-functional teams, resulting in a high-impact presence at one of the security industry's most pivotal events.
