Three Party Newsletter
For the Three-Party Product Newsletter, I designed a streamlined workflow to ensure consistent and efficient email production throughout the year. While I set up the process, its success was a collaborative effort executed by the team. The system enabled seamless handoffs of subject matter from product managers to copywriters and designers. By standardizing this process, we reduced turnaround times significantly, allowing the marketing team to focus more on enhancing content quality and delivery.
The Design
The foundation of this project was a versatile email template I designed to accommodate various content types while maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic. The template was simple yet flexible, enabling copywriters to easily structure sections and designers to quickly match images to the content.
